Return Policy - Virtual Equb

1. Overview
We are committed to delivering secure, transparent, and reliable digital financial services that enable users to participate in Equb-based savings and payout systems. Due to the nature of our digital savings and lending model—where user contributions are pooled and redistributed on a rotating basis—most contributions are non-refundable once a cycle has begun. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
2. Equb Contributions
- Once a contribution is made and the cycle begins, the funds are allocated to a shared financial pool and distributed according to the agreed-upon schedule.
- If you believe an error has occurred in your contribution or you have questions regarding your participation, please contact us within three (3) business days of the transaction.
3. Erroneous Transactions
Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Transactions: If the system processes your payment more than once.
- Incorrect Amount Charged: If you are debited an amount higher than what was displayed at confirmation.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a transaction occurs without your consent and is reported promptly (within 48 hours).
4. Technical Failures
If a system error results in failure to join an Equb round or receive your payout as scheduled—and no service is rendered—you may request a refund or credit toward the next round.
5. Early Cancellation or Withdrawal Requests
- Once a round has started and your contribution has been made, your participation is locked for that cycle. Cancellation or withdrawal is not permitted until the distribution is complete.
- In cases of force majeure (unforeseen events beyond your control), if you request cancellation after the distribution is completed:
- Your contribution will not be refunded until the entire Equb cycle finishes.
- A 5% service fee will be deducted from your contribution if you withdraw after the round is complete.
6. Cancellation Request Procedure
To request a cancellation after the distribution is completed, please contact us using the details below and clearly state your reason. Upon approval, your request will be processed, and your contribution will be refunded minus any applicable fees.
7. Processing Time for Refunds (if approved)
Once the Equb is completed and your refund is approved, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the funds to be returned to your account. The actual timing depends on your payment method and financial institution.
8. Compliance with Third-Party Platforms
If Virtual Equb is accessed or used through a third-party platform (such as Google Play or Apple App Store), our refund policy will also comply with that platform's specific refund policies. Users are encouraged to review those guidelines in addition to this policy.
